Employment Conditions
Monday to Friday
Hours: 8:00~17:00 (In case of overtime work, snacks will be provided instead of dinner. OT after 19:00 2.0)
Hourly wage: 9,620 won (Additional allowance of 200,000 won will be provided for full attendance)

 Location: 242 Haean-ro, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do (Daesol IM)

 Employment: Manufacture of automobile ceiling headliners

Welfare and Benefits:
- Conversion to regular employment after 6 months of employment with the dispatching agency
- 200,000 won to be paid every month for full attendance
- 50% additional bonus during the Lunar New Year and Chuseok when you convert to regular employment
- Provision of company uniforms (jacket, pants, shoes)
- Salary will be issued and payable after 5 days of work (300,000 won)
- 100% conversion to regular employment after an attendance evaluation after 6 months of dispatch employment.
- Employees can choose between 3.3% public pension and 4 major insurance policies.

Currently, we are working on the manufacture of headliners and ceiling for Kia Motors EV9. There will be a training program, so even beginners can easily work without being burdened, and the company atmosphere is good. As there is plenty of work to do, and there may be overtime work, you don't have to worry about the company downsizing due to lack of work or being underpaid.
