2. Working conditions 
Workplace: Dongchun Station (10-minute walk) 
Working hours 
- Day shift 08:00 ~ 20:00 (2.5 hours of overtime) 
- Night shift 20:00 ~ 08:00 (2.5 hours of overtime) (3 hours of overtime for casting) 
Much overtime and special work shifts
