100% conversion to regular employment after 6 months of service, no reduction in staffing due to reduced workload
Hourly wage increase and separate performance pay when converted to regular employment



Working days
5 days a week, 3 shifts, 2 shifts
Daytime: 5 days a week, 2 days off / 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Night: 5 days a week, 3 days off / 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM



Basic hourly wage 9,800 + parking + monthly leave + transportation expenses (approx. 3,000 per day) + paid holidays
Salary date 15th of each month
Monthly average for full-time work is 320 or more (excluding transportation expenses)



Job content
Preparatory work
CNC machine operator working products to can be in the facility
Simple and easy to fix the product by placing auxiliary materials such as reinforcing plates or paper on the top and bottom of the product.



Work clothing
Only wear work clothes



Commuting
3 minutes walk from the company bus stop
Direct commute by public transportation and car owners
Separate transportation expenses (approximately 3,000 per day)
