We are hiring for production positions at the Wonju Donghwa Bange Industrial Complex Auto Steering Parts Company.

  ★Working Hours★
52-hour work week 2 shifts *Saturday special work 
08:30 ~ 17:30 (Overtime ~20:30)
20:30 ~ 05:30 (Overtime ~08:30)

  ★Salary★
-If you work 5 days a week including overtime, 3.14 million
-If you work 4 special shifts on Saturdays, 3.8 million

  👉Recruiting Department
-Processing department : 2 shifts  -Assembly department : 2 shifts
-Casting department : 2 shifts with a department allowance of 200,000 a month
-Boxing department : Daytime fixed overtime may be available

  ♣Working Conditions♣
-Salary on the 10th of each month
-1 hour for lunch, 30 minutes for dinner, rest time provided separately
-Same salary during probation period, 3.3% deducted from salary
(Choose 4 types of insurance after probation)
-Company uniform provided (summer, winter)
-Paid holidays or special work on national holidays
-Includes all allowances under the Labor Standards Act (severance pay)
-Less than 1 year of leave accrues, 15 annual leaves for 1 year
-We operate a commuting bus in the Wonju area
