6. Employment type (regular employment after 1 month of training evaluation)
   - Day and night 2 shifts (52 hours per week)
   - Work schedule includes weekends, 5 days a week

7. Working hours
   - Day shift: 7 AM to 7 PM
   - Night shift: 7 PM to 7 AM

9. Job description
   - Production: Simple baking and packaging tasks
   - Logistics: Product loading/unloading, picking, inventory management

10. Salary: Approximately 3.3 million KRW, Hourly rate: 10,100 KRW
                 Year-end bonus 200% (applies from 6 months after regular employment)
                 Pay 50% of the bonus in March, June, September, and December
