-Production: Simple bakery processing, packaging
-Logistics: Product loading and unloading picking, inventory management

1. Short-term contract
-Working period: Until February 29, 2024

-Hourly wage: 12,000 won

-Monthly average of 4.3 million won with two shifts
-Monthly average of 3.8 million won with fixed daytime hours
-Monthly average of 4.4 million won with fixed night hours

-Payday: 5th (for work done from the 28th of the previous month to the 27th of the current month)

2. Regular employment

-Transition to regular employment after 1 month of education evaluation

-Two shifts (day and night) (52 hours per week): 7:00AM~7:00PM / 7:00PM~7:00AM

-5-day schedule including weekends

-Hourly wage: 10,100 won

Average monthly salary: 3.28 million won (for full-time work, before taxes)
Bonus: 200% per year (applicable from 6 months after transition to regular employment)

-Company dormitory/external dormitory provided (50,000 won per month, 1/n management fee)
-Commuter bus operated (Seongnam, Bundang, Gwangju routes)

Ansan

■ Mobile phone parts manufacturing/Production

-3 shifts

-Circuit/lamination/drilling/copper plating/gold plating

-Bonus 200%~300%

-Free external dormitory with two rooms
