Recruiting a manager for a kelp factory.
Requirements:
1) Must be able to speak Korean.
2) Must know how to drive and operate a forklift.
Working hours are from 7 AM to 6 PM.
Breakfast time is from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM.
Lunch time is from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
Job responsibilities:
1. Quantify and wash kelp, as well as dry the kelp (wash kelp on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; package kelp on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays).
2. Drive and transport kelp (once or twice a month, delivering a box of 10 kg kelp).
3. Manage inventory (low inventory levels).
4. Salary is 3 million won (with room for growth), increasing to 3.5 million won after three months.
Housing and rice provided.
Benefits include the option to enroll in the four major insurance schemes and additional employee benefits.
The boss is not frequently present on the factory premises.
After three months of employment, salary and benefits negotiation with the boss is possible.
Typically, the mornings are busy and the afternoons are less hectic.
