[Overseas Pre-Sales Product Engineer]
Job Responsibilities
1. Assist salespersons in conducting pre-sales demand research, analyzing customer demands, writing technical proposal letters and bid proposal documents, present technical proposals, demonstrating products, and answering customer questions;
2. Assist salespersons in marketing and selling company products and solutions.
3. Provide technical feedback on products and technologies to technical departments in a timely manner;
4. Analyze customer business demands, develop design plans, and assist in the implementation of actual solutions;
5. Provide related technical training to internal salespersons, pre-sales personnel, and to external partners.
Recruitment Requirements
1. Undergraduate degree or higher from a mechanical engineering, automation, or logistics management field;
2. Possess the ability to analyze demands, guide customers and design production logistics, manufacturing warehousing, e-commerce, and related IT systems;
3. Have excellent abilities in solution tech communication and public speaking;
4. Have a team player spirit and resource coordination capabilities;
5. Have good Korean listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities, be willing to travel for long periods of time, and give priority to working in Korea or abroad.
