▶▶ Main duty is the assembly of automotive air conditioning parts. Other roles in production assistance and inspection are available. Please contact us for inquiries.

Fixed daytime schedule (Mon-Fri) 08:30 ~ 17:30 (Possible overtime of 1-2 hours after)

2 rotating shifts (Mon-Fri) 08:30 ~ 17:30 / 20:30 ~ 05:30 (Possible overtime of 1-2 hours after)

(Possible overtime during peak season)

Frequent overtime and extra work scheduled!!!

High wages guaranteed with numerous overtime and extra work, plus 2 weekly holiday allowances.

Provided company uniforms and equipment.

!! Company shuttle bus provided for both Asan and Shin chang plants for commuters without personal vehicles.






▶▶ Compensation scheme as follows:

→ Hourly wage: 10,000 won

→ Pay date: 10th of each month

→ Weekly holiday allowances: 2 per week (Paid weekly holiday allowances are usually 1 per week at most companies, but doubled at tier-1 suppliers like us!)

→ Average monthly salary: 3.9 million won ~ 2.9 million won
