1. Work 

- FP process: Carpentry, bonding, processing, finishing, packaging, etc. 

- CP process: CP assembly, HK assembly, TR assembly/finishing, inspection, etc.

2. Qualifications 

- Gender: Male 

- Age: 20 to 45 

- Education: No educational background required 

- Foreigners and Overseas Koreans eligible (F2, F4, F5, F6, those who can communicate) 

- Those who can work overtime and extra hours 

- Dormitory provided (3 to a room in-house, 2 to a room off-site) - Only utilities deducted 

- Meals provided 

- Own vehicle parking available 

- Total bonus of 610% 

3. Work location: 383 Yeongemeum-ri, Sangnam-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea Carbon 

4. Employment type: Regular employee of (주)주성기술산업 (subsidiary of (주)한국카본) 

5. Work schedule: Work 4 days, rest 2 days 

6. Work hours (3 shifts, 2 shifts) 

- Day shift: 08:00 ~ 19:00 (2 hours of overtime) 

- Night shift: 19:00 ~ 08:00 (3 hours of overtime) 

7. Salary: Monthly average of KRW 4 million to KRW 4.5 million (including overtime pay, special duty pay, bonuses, etc.) 

- Hourly wage: KRW 9,860 

- Production incentive pay (monthly installment): Not paid for the first month, 100% for the second month (KRW 167,548), 200% for the third month (KRW 335,097), 300% for the fourth month (KRW 502,645), 400% for the fifth month (KRW 670,193), 500% for the sixth month and after (KRW 837,742) 

- Fixed bonus: 30% for summer vacation (KRW 603,174), 40% each for Lunar New Year and Chuseok (KRW 804,232)
