1. You can apply with bad credit. (Your personal credit score does not matter.)
Bad credit, no credit, personal rehabilitation, or personal bankruptcy is acceptable. 
2. Fuel costs are covered separately. 
It is a finished product, and we will settle the actual expenses. 
3. The driver only needs to focus on product delivery. 
Picking is done by professional pickers. 
4. There is no separate management fee. 
In addition to the initial fee, there are places that charge a separate management fee (at a level of 4-6%). 
Homeplus does not have separate management fees.

The company provides the vehicle, and the vehicle installment is deducted from the monthly transportation fee you receive. 
Therefore, the personal credit of the driver is not important. 
Bad credit, no credit, personal rehabilitation, or personal bankruptcy is acceptable. 
Of course, if you have good credit, you can proceed with your own credit. 
However, a deposit of KRW 2 million of the total sale price must be prepared separately.

◆ Please refer to the table below for the sale price. 
Based on a new 24-year-old vehicle / LPG / automatic transmission. 
You can choose between 3 or 5 years for the vehicle installment, 
and the interest is fixed at 5.9%. 
For automatic transmission, the interest (interest) for 5 years is KRW 700,000. For 3 years, it is around KRW 1,100,000. 
When you file your tax return in the first half of 2024, the vehicle value-added tax of KRW 3.3 million will be refunded to you, the driver. 
(July 24, tax return, refund expected in August / Early refund is also possible)

Be sure to compare the sale price with E-Mart and Lotte Mart 1-ton cold tower vehicles. 
You will see that it is the cheapest in the country. 
Once the vehicle installment period ends, the vehicle installment will no longer be deducted. 

We will pay the fuel cost at our actual expenses. 
It is a finished product. In other words, we will provide it separately. 
Other companies have a base salary of KRW 3.3 million, while Homeplus has a base salary of KRW 2.96 million, so it may seem like there is a difference of KRW 340,000, 
but other companies have a base salary of KRW 3.3 million but include fuel costs, 
and Homeplus provides an additional KRW 500,000 to KRW 700,000 for fuel costs. 
It is not KRW 340,000 less, but rather KRW 160,000 to KRW 360,000 more. ^^;;;;;

​There is also a difference of around KRW 40,000 to KRW 60,000 in the initial fee compared to other companies. 
There is a difference of around KRW 500,000 to KRW 700,000 over a year. 

In addition, some companies charge a separate management fee of around 5% in addition to the initial fee. 
Homeplus, which we are recruiting for, does not have a separate management fee. 

During the vehicle installment period, your net income will be around KRW 2.5 million (3-year installment) to KRW 2.8 million (5-year installment), and if you work a second job, your net income can exceed KRW 4 million. 
(We do not introduce second jobs. After you have adapted to Homeplus, you can be introduced to other drivers who have second jobs and proceed.)

Net income refers to income excluding vehicle installments, initial fees, and insurance premiums. 
The biggest merit is that people who have not been able to make an initial payment due to bad credit can work. 

Be sure to check the sales prices of E-Mart and Lotte Mart. 
And be sure to check the issue of the commercial license plate. ^^;;;;

And in the case of additional vehicles, rather than direct sales between the two parties, you can purchase the vehicle from outside and come. 
Tama Mart requires you to proceed only with the vehicle provided by your company, but this is not the case with Homeplus. 
If possible, you can also proceed with the vehicle you currently own.
