1. Applications are open to those with no credit history. (Personal credit is not a factor.)
Applicants with bad credit, those who are in debt, those who are undergoing personal rehabilitation, and those who have filed for bankruptcy are all eligible.
2. Fuel costs will be covered separately.
This is a fixed amount that will be reimbursed to you.
3. Drivers will only be responsible for delivering products.
Professional pickers will be responsible for picking.
4. There are no separate management fees.
There are some companies that charge a separate management fee (4-6%) in addition to the down payment.
Homeplus does not charge any separate management fees.

◆ You can apply even if you have bad credit.
The company will provide the vehicle, and the vehicle installment payments will be deducted from your monthly transportation fee.
Therefore, the personal credit of the drivers is not important.
Applicants with bad credit, those who are in debt, those who are undergoing personal rehabilitation, and those who have filed for bankruptcy are all eligible.
Of course, those with good credit can proceed using their own credit.
However, you will need to prepare a separate down payment of 2 million won out of the total purchase price.

◆ Please refer to the table below for the purchase price.
Based on a 2024 new car / LPG / automatic.
You can choose between a 3-year or 5-year vehicle installment plan,
and the interest rate is fixed at 5.9%.
For automatic vehicles, the total interest is approximately 700,000 won for 5 years and 1,100,000 won for 3 years.
At the time of the supplementary tax return in the first half of 2024, the driver will receive a refund of 3.3 million won for the vehicle supplementary tax.
(Return scheduled for July 2024 and payment scheduled for August 2024 / Early return is also possible)

Please compare the purchase price with the purchase price of 1-ton refrigerated trucks from E-Mart and Lotte Mart.
You will find that it is the cheapest in the country.
Once the period for vehicle installments is over, vehicle installment payments will no longer be deducted.

Fuel costs will be reimbursed as actual expenses.
This is a fixed amount. In other words, it will be provided separately.
While other companies offer a base pay of 3.3 million won and Homeplus offers a base pay of 2.96 million won, making it seem like there is a difference of 340,000 won,
other companies include fuel costs in the base pay of 3.3 million won, while
Homeplus provides an additional 500,000-700,000 won for fuel costs.
It is not that the difference is 340,000 won, but rather that it is 160,000-360,000 won more. ^^;;;;;

​There is also a difference of about 40,000-60,000 won in the down payment compared to other companies.
This means a difference of about 500,000-700,000 won over a year.

In addition, there are some companies that charge a separate management fee of about 5% in addition to the down payment.
Homeplus, which we are recruiting for, does not charge any separate management fees.

During the vehicle installment period, the net income is about 2.5 million won (3-year installment) to 2.8 million won (5-year installment), and with a second job, the net income can exceed 4 million won.
(We will not introduce second jobs. After you have adapted to Homeplus, you can take on a second job by being introduced to other drivers who hold second jobs.)

Net income refers to income excluding vehicle installment payments, down payments, and insurance premiums.
In any case, the biggest advantage is that those who have been unable to make down payments due to bad credit can now work.

Please be sure to check the purchase prices of E-Mart and Lotte Mart.
And please be sure to check the issue of commercial license plates. ^^;;;;

In addition, you may purchase a vehicle from outside the company if it is not a direct purchase and sale, but rather an increase in vehicles.
Other companies may insist that you proceed with a vehicle provided by their own company, but this is not the case with Homeplus.
If possible, you can also proceed with the vehicle you currently own.
