- Dormitory provided (3:1 in-house, 2:1 outside) - Only utility bills are deducted

3. Work Address: 383, Yeonggeum-ri, Sangnam-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongnam (Korea Carbon Co., Ltd.) 

4. Employment Type: Regular employee of (주)Justsung Technology Industry (Affiliate of (주)Korea Carbon) 

5. Work Days: 4 days of work, 2 days off 

6. Working Hours (3 shifts, 2 shifts) 

- Daytime: 8:00 AM ~ 7:00 PM (2 hours of overtime) 

- Night Shift: 7:00 PM ~ 8:00 AM (3 hours of overtime) 

7. Salary: Monthly average of 4 million KRW ~ 4.5 million KRW (including overtime pay, special duty allowance, and bonus) 

- Hourly wage: 9,860 KRW 

- Production incentive allowance (monthly installment): 1st month not paid, 2nd month 100% (167,548), 3rd month 200% (335,097), 4th month 300% (502,645), 5th month 400% (670,193), 6th month and later 500% (837,742) 

- Fixed bonus: Summer vacation 30% (603,174), Lunar New Year and Chuseok each 40% (804,232)
