Please read the following before applying.
1. We can proceed regardless of credit (personal credit does not matter).
Low-credit individuals, new bankrupt individuals, individuals under personal recuperation, and individuals under personal bankruptcy are all eligible.
2. Fuel expenses will be supported separately.
It is fully paid, and we will reimburse actual expenses.
3. Delivery truck drivers are only responsible for delivering products.
Picking will be done by specialized pickers.
4. There are no separate management fees.
There are places that receive separate management fees (4-6%) in addition to the entry fee.
Home Plus does not have a separate management fee. 

◆ You can apply even if you have bad credit.
The company will provide the vehicle, and the vehicle installment amount will be deducted from the monthly transportation fee you receive.
Therefore, the personal credit of the delivery truck driver is not important.
Low-credit individuals, new bankrupt individuals, individuals under personal recuperation, and individuals under personal bankruptcy are all eligible.
Of course, those with good credit can proceed on their own credit.
However, you must prepare a separate down payment of 2 million won out of the total price.

◆ Please refer to the table below for the sales price.
This is based on a new 24-year-old LPG/auto vehicle.
You can choose between a 3-year or 5-year vehicle installment, 
and the interest rate will be fixed at 5.9%.
For automatic vehicles, the interest included is 700,000 won for 5 years and 1.1 million won for 3 years.
At the time of the additional tax report in the first half of 2024, the delivery truck driver will receive a refund of 3.3 million won in vehicle additional tax.
(Report in July 2024, refund in August / early refund also possible)

Please compare with the sales price of E-Mart and Lotte Mart 1-ton refrigerated trucks.
You will find that it is the cheapest in the country.
When the vehicle installment period ends, the vehicle installment amount will no longer be deducted. 

Fuel expenses will be reimbursed.
It is fully paid. In other words, we will pay it separately.
Other companies have a base salary of 3.3 million won and Home Plus has a base salary of 2.96 million won, so it seems like 340,000 won less,
but other companies have a limit of 3.3 million won, and fuel expenses are included,
and Home Plus pays 500,000 won to 700,000 won in fuel expenses separately.
It's not 340,000 won less, but rather 160,000 won to 360,000 won more. ^^;;;;

There is also a difference of 40,000 to 60,000 won in the entry fee compared to other companies.
It will make a difference of 500,000 won to 700,000 won per year. 

In addition, there are some companies that charge a separate management fee of around 5% in addition to the entry fee.
Home Plus, which we are hiring for, does not have a separate management fee.

During the vehicle installment period, the net income is around 2.5 million won (3-year installment) to 2.8 million won (5-year installment), and if you have a second job, you can earn more than 4 million won in net income.
(We do not offer second jobs ourselves. Once you have adapted to Home Plus, you will be introduced to other delivery truck drivers who have second jobs and can proceed with those.) 

Net income refers to the income after deducting vehicle installment fees, entry fees, and insurance premiums.
Anyway, the biggest merit is that even those who have had bad credit and were unable to make an entry payment can now work.

Please check the sales price of E-Mart and Lotte Mart.
And please check the issue of the business license plate. ^^;;;;

And in the case of a difference with no equity transfer, you can purchase a vehicle from outside and bring it.
Tamart insists that you proceed with a vehicle provided by their company, but that is not the case at Home Plus.
If you have the means, you can proceed with the vehicle you currently own.
