3. Place of work: 383, Yeonkeum-ri, Sangnam-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongnam, Korea Carbon 

4. Employment type: Regular staff of (주) 주성기술산업((주) Korea Carbon Partner) 

5. Working days: 4 days work and 2 days off 

6. Working hours (3 shifts and 2 shifts) 

- Daytime: 08:00 ~ 19:00 (2 hours overtime) 

- Night: 19:00 ~ 08:00 (3 hours overtime) 

7. Salary: Monthly average of 4 million ~ 4.5 million won (including overtime pay, special allowance, bonus, etc.) 

- Hourly wage: 9,860 won 

- Production incentive allowance (paid monthly): 1st month not paid, 2nd month 100% (167,548), 3rd month 200% (335,097), 4th month 300% (502,645), 5th month 400% (670,193), 6th month and later 500% (837,742) 

- Fixed bonus: 30% summer vacation (603,174), 40% each for Seol and Chuseok (804,232)
