1. Job Description

- FP Process: Carpentry, Bonding, Processing, Finishing, Packaging, etc.

- CP Process: CP Assembly, HK Assembly, TR Assembly/Finishing, Inspection, etc.

2. Qualifications

- Gender: Male

- Age: 20 - 45

- Education: Any level of education

- Foreigners and Korean expatriates are eligible (F2, F4, F5, F6, those who can communicate)

- Those who can work overtime and extra hours

- Dormitory provided (3 people per room in the company dormitory, 2 people per room in the external dormitory) - Only utility bills are deducted

- Meal provided

- Parking available

- Total bonus: 610%

3. Work Location: 383, Yeonggeum-ri, Sangnam-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongsangnam-do, Korea Carbon Co., Ltd.

4. Employment Type: Regular employee of Juseong Technology (partner company of Korea Carbon Co., Ltd.)

5. Work Schedule: 4 days on, 2 days off

6. Work Hours (3 Shifts, 2 Shifts per Day):

- Daytime: 08:00 ~ 19:00 (2 hours of overtime)

- Nighttime: 19:00 ~ 08:00 (3 hours of overtime)

7. Salary: Monthly average of 4,000,000 ~ 4,500,000 KRW (including overtime pay, special overtime pay, bonuses, etc.)

- Hourly wage: 9,860 KRW

- Production incentive allowance (paid monthly): 1st month not paid, 2nd month 100% (167,548 KRW), 3rd month 200% (335,097 KRW), 4th month 300% (502,645 KRW), 5th month 400% (670,193 KRW), 6th month and onwards 500% (837,742 KRW)

- Fixed bonus: Summer vacation 30% (603,174 KRW), Lunar New Year and Chuseok 40% each (804,232 KRW)
