- Dormitory provided (in-house 3 in 1 room, outside 2 in 1 room) - Only utility bills are deducted

3. Workplace: 383, Yeonggeum-ri, Sangnam-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongnam (HanKuk Carbon Co., Ltd.) 

4. Employment type: Regular employee of (Ju)Juseong Technology Industry ((Ju)HanKuk Carbon Co., Ltd. partner) 

5. Working days: 4 days on, 2 days off 

6. Working hours (3 teams, 2 shifts) 

- Daytime: 08:00 ~ 19:00 (2 hours overtime) 

- Nighttime: 19:00 ~ 08:00 (3 hours overtime) 

7. Salary: Monthly average KRW 4 million ~ 4.5 million (including overtime pay, special duty pay, bonuses, etc.) 

- Hourly wage: KRW 9,860 

- Production incentive allowance (monthly installment): No payment for the first month, 100% for the second month (167,548), 200% for the third month (335,097), 300% for the fourth month (502,645), 400% for the fifth month (670,193), 500% (837,742) for the sixth month and after 

- Fixed bonus: Summer vacation 30% (603,174), Seollal and Chuseok 40% (804,232) each
