1. Job description 

- FP process: Woodworking, bonding, processing, finishing, packaging, etc. 

- CP process: CP assembly, HK assembly, TR assembly/finishing, inspection, etc.

2. Qualifications 

- Gender: Male 

- Age: 20 to 45 

- Education: No educational background required 

- Foreigners and ethnic Koreans are welcome (F2, F4, F5, F6, those who can communicate) 

- Those who can work overtime and on special shifts 

- Dormitory provided (3 people per room in-house, 2 people per room off-site) - Only utility bills are deducted 

- Meals provided 

- Private parking available 

- Total bonus 610% 

3. Work location: 383 Yeonkeum-ri, Sangnam-myeon, Miryang-si, Gyeongnam (주)한국카본 

4. Employment type: Regular staff of (주)주성기술산업 (partner company of (주)한국카본) 

5. Workday: 4 days on, 2 days off 

6. Working hours (3 shifts, 2 shifts) 

- Daytime: 08:00 ~ 19:00 (2 hours overtime) 

- Nighttime: 19:00 ~ 08:00 (3 hours overtime) 

7. Salary: Monthly average 4 million to 4.5 million won (including overtime pay, special shift pay, bonuses, etc.) 

- Hourly wage: 9,860 won 

- Production incentive pay (monthly installment): No payment for the 1st month, 100% for the 2nd month (167,548), 200% for the 3rd month (335,097), 300% for the 4th month (502,645), 400% for the 5th month (670,193), 500% for the 6th month and onwards (837,742) 

- Fixed bonus: Summer vacation 30% (603,174), Lunar New Year and Chuseok each 40% (804,232)
