You can choose a 3 year or 5 year year car installment, 
and the interest rate is fixed at 5.9% .
For an auto, the 5-year interest (interest) is 700,000 won and the 3-year is about 1.1 million won.
When you report value-added tax in the first half of 2024, you will be refunded 3.3 million won in vehicle value-added tax.

There is also a difference of about 40,000 to 60,000 won from other companies in the membership fee.
There is a difference of about 500,000 to 700,000 won per year.

In addition, some companies charge a separate management fee of about 5%.
HOMEPLUS, where we are recruiting, does not have any separate management fees.

During the car installment period, the net income is about 2.5 million won (3 year installment) to 2.8 million won (5 year installment), and if you work a second job, it is possible to make over 4 million won in net income.
(We will not refer you to a second job. After you have adjusted to HOMEPLUS, you can get introduced by other drivers who work a second job and proceed from there.)

Net income refers to income excluding car installment payments, membership fees, and insurance premiums.
The biggest benefit, in any case, is that people who were not able to log in due to poor credit in the past will also be able to work.
