▶Duties: LNG Ship Refrigerant/Insulator Production Staff 

- Production manufacturing tasks carried out from the manufacturing of insulating and refrigerant film attached to the large storage tanks on ships through to attaching them to the storage tanks 

- FP Process 

1. Carpentry: Cutting and trimming raw materials 

2. Bonding: FP, TBP bonding 

3. Machining: FP product machining 

4. Finishing: Finished product finishing/packaging, hole processing 

Elective support not allowed 


▶Working Conditions (3 Shift 2 Days, 4 Day 2 Day off rotating shifts) 

-08:00~19:00/19:00~08:00 

Flexible with overtime and extra work 

Dormitory provided (2 to a room, 3 to a room, random assignment) 

Work with friends or a partner is allowed 

Work for beginners is possible through the senior system in the training period 


▶Wages/Allowances 

Basic pay with 500% production incentive allowance: From 4,000,000 to 4,500,000 won/month after 6 months service (Including production incentive allowance and overtime/extra work) 

Production incentive allowance payable during the training period: Differentiated payment for up to 6 months 

Additional 110% production incentive allowance from month 12 after joining the company
