●Maratang restaurant looking for kitchen and part-time staff
◇Workplace: Ganseok-dong, Namdong-gu, Incheon
◇Recruitment requirements
Age: 55 or under
Visa: Legal visa
Language: Must be able to understand Korean and read delivery slips
Preference given to those with experience in Maratang restaurants or other foodservice establishments, local residents, clean and friendly individuals, and those who can work consistently and "long-term" (please do not contact us if you do not meet these requirements)
◇Job description:
Staff: Basic vegetable preparation, simple Maratang cooking, stir-frying, and deep-frying
Must be able to take orders using the POS system
Part-time: 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM: Taking orders, washing dishes, preparing vegetables according to delivery slips, cooking Maratang, etc.
Working hours: 10:30 AM to 10:30 PM (flexible adjustment possible)
◇Salary and benefits
Monthly salary: 2.8 to 3 million won + bonus (based on work performance)
Hourly wage: Minimum wage + based on performance
Severance pay: One month's salary plus additional payment after 12 months of service
Days off: One day per week, four days off per month on a rotating basis
