Salary conditions:
- Intern: Minimum wage (9,860 won/hr in 2024 / Basic salary 2,060,740 won) + @ (overtime, overtime allowances)
- Regular employee: Minimum wage (10,400 won/hr in 2024) / 200% bonus / 100%~400% performance pay equivalent
- Bonuses paid 100% for Chuseok, 100% for Lunar New Year
