Work location: Shihwa MTV Complex

Work type: 2 shifts, 2 teams (2 weeks daytime, 2 weeks night) - work according to schedule
* Assigned to a shift after 5 days of daytime training after joining the company.
* No overtime during the 5 days of training during the day.
* Employee must commute on his/her own after work hours during those 5 days of training since there is no shuttle bus service.

Duties: Monitor inspection, microscopic inspection, equipment, washing, etc.

Uniform: Integrated dustproof suit, hat, gloves, shoes

Work hours:
Daytime - 08:00~20:00
Night - 20:00~08:00

Pay date: 1st of the previous month ~ end of the current month ==>> paid on the 15th of the following month.
* Full attendance bonus of 50,000 won from the 4th month.
* Inspection allowance of 230,000 won applied after 7 months (graded differential payment of 230,000, 260,000, 330,000 won!)
* After 2 years of service, service allowance of 250,000 won!!

Shuttle bus service to Ansan, Shihwa

Ansan route - Wadong ==> Seonbudong ==> Ansan Station ==> Company!!
Shihwa route - Hanjampong ==> Shihwajung ==> Shihwagonggo ==> Jeongwang Post Office ==> Shihwa Fire Station ==> Geonyeong Apartment ==> Company!!
