●Business - Component assembly, leak inspection, heater bending, terminology, etc.
●Hourly wage - 11,100 won (Base pay 2.32 million)
●After 3 months - 12,370 won (Base pay 2.58 million)
●Performance-based pay - 20% of net income for the period (Differentiated payment based on individual performance)
●Monthly salary - Approximately 30-33 million won in actual earnings (52 hours per week)
●Payday 10th (Settlement from 1st to end of month)
●Fixed weekdays (52 hours per week compliance)
●Hours 08:30~17:30 + 2~2.5H
●Break time - 20 minutes in the morning / afternoon and 1 hour for lunch
●Work clothes - Self-supplied (Top and bottom, safety shoes provided)
