- Basic salary: 9860 won per hour, 78,880 won per month
- 2.3 to 2.4 million won including bonus (bonus 150%)
- Packaging allowance/welding allowance 50,000 won
- Commuter bus Pyeongtaek/Dundo
- 50,000 won in fuel expenses for those who live in Cheonan/Sinchang and have a long commute
