1. Production (1 week, 2 shifts)
- OP (operator) facility operation and operation work / automated assembly with assembly equipment in assembly department
※ After training at the time of work assignment, work assignment is carried out, it is not possible to do it well from the beginning :)
    It is important to learn the work accurately when you first learn it.

▶In the case of a production department, the work is very convenient depending on the proficiency of the facility operation.

● Basic conditions

1. Bonus 250% ~ 300% monthly payment (every month from after the 3-month training period)
=> 250% will start from after the 3-month training period, and there will be a bonus increase for employees who have been employed for more than 1 year.

2. Hourly wage 9,160 won set
=> Starting with the minimum hourly wage, long-term employees receive hourly wage increases on a scale system.

3. Four major insurances (can also not join)
=> In the case of non-enrollment in the four major insurances, there are people who cannot find their income due to personal circumstances, and if you request it separately from the accountant, the four insurances will not be covered.

4. Summer vacation / Annual leave / Other condolence money / Holiday bonuses, etc.

5. Dormitory operation, currently operating an external dormitory in Eupnaedong, Dangjin-si, Chungnam, with one-room and 1.5-room.
=> Depending on the current vacancy, one-person/two-person rooms will be decided, and if two-person rooms are used, they will be divided into day/night.
