- Hourly wage: 10,200 (pay raise after 3 months) 10,500 won 11,000 won
- Monthly average: 3,600,000 ~ 3,900,000 additional raise after 3 months
- Guarantee a 50,000 won full attendance bonus for weekday full attendance 
- 10th of every month pay out
