Content Planning for Xiaohongshu/Douyin

Responsibilities:
Responsible for content marketing planning for our company's influencers and artists, with a focus on platforms such as Xiaohongshu and Douyin.

Requirements:
1) Familiarity with short video platforms and basic SNS algorithms for Xiaohongshu/Douyin.
2) Basic understanding of Korean beauty brands.
3) Ability to independently draft and write cosmetic marketing plans.
4) Strong understanding of short videos or beauty content.
5) Preferably with experience in managing corporate or personal SNS media platforms (Xiaohongshu, Douyin, Bilibili, Weibo, blogs, etc.).
