◾ Occupation: Printed Circuit Board Manufacturing (HPCB, Metal PCB)
◾ Workplace: Seoknam-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon
◾ Main tasks: Circuit, Print, Drill, Router, Stacking (for men), Final inspection (for women)
◾ Work format: Daytime fixed, 2 shifts, 2 shifts with 2 teams (may vary depending on the process and workload)
◾ Working hours:
- Daytime fixed, 2 shifts: 07:00 to 17:00
- 2 shifts with 2 teams (12 hours): 08:00 to 17:30 (overtime until 20:00)
  Night shift: 20:00 to 8:00
◾ Work attire: Department-specific workwear (regular workwear and dustproof clothing)
◾ Hourly wage and salary: 9,620 KRW per hour on a monthly salary basis (3 million to 3.5 million KRW)
◾ Payment date: From the 1st to the end of the month, paid on the 10th of the following month
◾ Conversion to regular employee: Conversion to regular employee after 6 months of employment
 - Benefits upon conversion to regular employee:
   Increase in salary based on experience, performance bonuses at Lunar New Year (100%) and Chuseok (100%), semi-annual performance bonuses (paid in June and December), support for children's education expenses, employee loan system, provision of company housing, health check-ups, company clubs, support for physical training expenses, various welfare funds, condolence leave, commemorative gifts
◾ Allowances: Paid on legal holidays and substitute holidays / Overtime pay during work

◾ Ga-bul (additional payment): Up to 300,000 KRW per week
