Recruitment Area: [IBK Industrial Bank] Regular Customer Service Representative
Job Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries to the main number of the Industrial Bank
ex) Reporting lost cards, ATM malfunction reports, etc.
Absolutely no sales tasks※

-A daily average of 40 calls for newcomers and 5~60 calls for experienced personnel
Low work intensity
-The actual call time is about 2~3 hours
Approximately 3-4 hours less compared to competitors

Preference for nearby residents
Immediate start and long-term workers preferred

Working Conditions
Type of Work: Full-time at Huneckt Inc.
Working Days: 5 days a week (Mon~Fri)
Working Hours: 9:00~18:00 Absolutely no overtime!
Break Time: 1 hour 30 minutes a day (lunchtime 60 minutes + afternoon break 30 minutes)
Workplace: IBK Industrial Bank Hannam-dong WM Center Customer Center
   72 Hannam-daero, Yongsan-gu, Seoul

Salary Conditions
Monthly salary of 2.15 million won ~ up to 2.62 million won
Fixed salary 2,050,000 won (based on full attendance)
+ Multiskill work: Additional payment of 100,000 won
+ Performance bonus: up to 400,000 won
* Performance bonus: Determined monthly through attendance and consultation evaluations
* 100% salary payment without deduction during probationary period!
