Manager (Newcomer/Regular):
- Manufacturing of KFC products such as chicken, burgers, etc.
- Customer service and claims handling
- Hygiene management, response to in-house and government office inspections
- Part-time job recruitment, training, and other store personnel management
- Sales and profit management
- Other tasks necessary for store operation

Recruitment Area: Nationwide

Number of people to be recruited: 100

Preference:

Experienced in the same industry
Driver's license holder
Can work in other areas such as Sokcho, Jeju, etc.

Document Screening: Individual notification for those who pass the document screening (text/email)

Practice Test:

Conducted every Wednesday, the practice time will be informed when the document pass notice is announced.
- The practice store will be a nearby KFC store where you live.
- During the practice, you will experience working in the store as a Trainee.
- The practice fee will be paid at the same level as a KFC Partner (part-time job) (payment within 2-3 weeks after completion of practice)
※ If you are currently working as a KFC partner, you are exempt from the practice test.

Interview:

Conducted every Friday, the final interview place and time will be informed only to those who pass the practice test.
- The interview is divided into Seoul/Gyeonggi (capital area) and non-capital areas.
- For non-capital area candidates, the interview schedule will be informed separately. (Negotiable)

Others

- National Merit targets are preferred in accordance with relevant laws when submitting proof documents.
- If false application documents are confirmed, employment may be cancelled even after final acceptance.
- When you join the company, you will go through a probationary period of 3 months, and during this period, your employment may be cancelled or extended depending on the evaluation.
- If you do not provide the accurate mobile phone number and E-MAIL address, you may be at a disadvantage due to missed notifications.
