**Job Description:**
1. Manage online game chat room, provide game recommendations, introduce events, create ambiance, distribute bonuses.
2. Answer player inquiries, handle feedback, and meet customer needs.
3. Collect player feedback, summarize company product and service issues, and make optimization recommendations.

**Job Requirements:**
1. Bachelor's degree required, proficiency with computer and office software, fluent in Korean, preferred if English communication is possible
2. Age 20-30, women preferred
3. Strong communication skills, excellent patience, logical, ability to identify and solve problems effectively
4. Passion for gaming, preferred if experienced in game customer service and forum management

**Benefits:**
1. Salary: Monthly base salary + performance bonus of over 3 million KRW, with additional team performance bonuses, monthly income of 4 million KRW expected for skilled employees
2. Flexible work schedule, 5 or 6 days a week
3. Work from home option available for qualified employees
