- Over 4 million won on average for daytime and nighttime shifts
- Simple production work for aluminum casting
- Pay day is the 10th of every month
- Gas support when carpooling
- Additional bonuses, performance pay, holiday allowance, monthly leave, annual leave, retirement allowance, overtime pay, holiday work pay
