Two-shift, two-team system

1. Day shift: 08:00 ~ 20:00 (basic 8 hours, 3 hours of overtime applied)
2. Night shift: 20:00 ~ 08:00 (basic 8 hours, 3 hours of overtime, 8 hours of night shift applied)
3. Day off: Weekends or Sundays

☞ Mealtime provided during night shift applied as night shift allowance (8 hours recognized)
☞ Overtime/special work may vary depending on the company's workload

Manufacture and production of flooring panels
1. Office work, inspection, production, packaging, etc.
