Hourly rate starts at KRW 10,500
KRW 10,700 increase after performance evaluation after 3 months
Hourly wage increase after work evaluation for all employees after 3 months
Additional increase possible after subsequent work evaluations

Monthly attendance allowance of KRW 50,000

Monthly average 300~340 for day shift, 360~390 for alternating shift

10th day of the month as payday
