ㆍFull-time bonus for the first month: 50,000 won
ㆍOP and inspection allowances after 3 months: 50,000 won
ㆍ50,000 won increase when promoted based on skill
ㆍForeman allowance paid as 100,000 won (including 100,000 won in OP allowance)

ㆍWeekdays: 08:30 ~ 17:30
ㆍApproximately 1 to 2.0 hours of overtime

ㆍ2 crews, 2 shifts (day and night shifts)
ㆍ08:30 ~ 20:00, 20:00 ~ 08:30 alternating shifts
