Day shift: 3 shifts with 2 days off (4 days on, 2 days off), night shift: 3 shifts with 2 days off (4 days on, 2 days off)
08:30~20:30 during the day
23:30~08:30 at night

[Compensation and Benefits]

Average salary: 3.2~3.5 million KRW/month (before tax)
Weekly pay (advance payment)
Bonus: 150% after 6 months, 300% after 12 months
