Workplace: Sihwa MTV complex

Work Style: 2 shifts, 2 trades (every 2 weeks, 2 daytime, 2 nighttime) - scheduled work
* Assigned to shift after 5 days of daytime training upon employment
* No overtime work for 5 days of training
* You will need to return home without a commute during overtime hours, so you will need to commute to and from the office during the 5 days of training

Tasks: monitor inspection, microscope inspection, facilities, washing, etc.

Clothing: Integrated cleanroom suit, hat, gloves, shoes

Work Hours:
Daytime - 08:00~20:00
Nighttime - 20:00~08:00

Pay Date: from the 1st of the previous month to the last day of the current month ==>> Paid on the 15th of the following month
* Full attendance allowance of 50,000 KRW after 4 full months
* Inspection allowance of 230,000 KRW after 7 months (Differentiated payment by rank: 230,000, 260,000, 330,000 KRW!)
* Longevity allowance of 250,000 KRW after 2 years of continuous service!!
