Salary condition : 
 - 2.8~3.4 million won a month varies according to overtime and special working

 - After 6 months 100% conversion to regular worker, monthly 226 hours basic salary (2,228,360)
 - after regular worker bonus 200% (Harvest moon festival 100%, Lunar New Year 100%)
