1. You can apply with any credit history. (Your personal credit history will not affect your application.)
Everyone is welcome to apply, including those with bad credit, negative credit history, individual rehabilitation and personal bankruptcy.

2. We provide ample fuel expenses.
Other companies provide up to KRW 3.3 million or KRW 3.33 million without restrictions, but we provide KRW 3.65 million in ample fuel expenses.

3. Truck owners only need to focus on product delivery.
Professional pickers will take care of picking.

4. There are no separate management fees.
Other companies charge separate management fees (4-6%) in addition to entry fees.
Homeplus does not charge separate management fees.

◆ You can apply even if you have bad credit.

The company will provide you with a vehicle, and the vehicle installment will be deducted from your monthly transportation fee.
Therefore, the personal credit history of truck owners is not important.
Everyone is welcome to apply, including those with bad credit, negative credit history, individual rehabilitation and personal bankruptcy.
Of course, those with good credit can apply using their own credit.
However, you must prepare a separate down payment of KRW 2 million out of the total contract price.

◆ Please contact us by phone for contract pricing.
It is based on a new 24-year vehicle/LPG/auto.
You can choose between 3- or 5-year vehicle installments,
and the interest rate is fixed at 5.9%.
For auto, the 5-year interest (including interest) is approximately KRW 700,000, and the 3-year interest is approximately KRW 1.1 million.
When you report the additional tax in the second half of 2024, the truck owner will receive a refund of KRW 3.3 million in vehicle surtax.
(Reporting in January of 2025, refund expected in February/early refund possible)

Of course, used cars are also possible.

Please compare the contract price and 1-ton freezer trucks of E-mart and Lotte Mart.
You will see that our prices are the lowest in the country.
Once the vehicle installment period ends, vehicle installment payments will no longer be deducted.

​There is also a difference of approximately KRW 40,000-60,000 in entry fees compared to other companies.
That means a difference of approximately KRW 500,000-700,000 over a year.

In addition, some companies charge a separate management fee of approximately 5%.
Homeplus, which we are recruiting for, does not charge a separate management fee.

The net income during the vehicle installment period is approximately KRW 2.5 million (3-year installment)-KRW 2.8 million (5-year installment), and if you work a second job, your net income can exceed KRW 4 million.
(We do not introduce second jobs. Once you have adjusted to Homeplus, you can get an introduction to a second job from other truck owners.)

Net income refers to income excluding vehicle installments, entry fees and insurance premiums.
In any case, the biggest advantage is that even those who have not been able to enter the industry due to bad credit can work.

Be sure to check the contract price of E-mart or Lotte Mart.
And please be sure to check the issue of commercial license plates. ^^;;;;

And in the case of additional increases, but not direct sales by the party, you can purchase a vehicle externally and bring it.
Tama Mart requires you to use the vehicle provided by their company, but Homeplus is not like that.
If the conditions are met, you can use the vehicle you currently own.
