* Work responsibilities:
- Thomson OP, age 45 or younger
- Division description: Responsible for setup of equipment that cuts magazines and paper, inputting dimensional drawings, and removing finished products by hand.
* Bonus of 150% (over 250,000 won) + 50,000 won per month in OP allowance

* Working hours (a lot of overtime and special work)
- Day Shift: 08: 30~17: 30 (overtime until 20:30)
8 basic hours, 2.5 overtime hours calculated
- Night Shift: 20:30~05:30 (overtime until 08:30)
8 basic hours, 3 overtime hours, 7 night work hours calculated

* Bonus
- 150% bonus (divided monthly)/bonus paid from the month after joining

- Average salary (salary paid on 15th day of each month)
Around 4~4.3 million won per month for 2-shift work
