Dewell Partner Team Leader


- Responsibilities

① Overall [simple assembly, injection, logistics] work

② #Assembly team [ Automobile interior parts, etc. ] Assemble the products coming out of the automated machines [by product] as production items

③ #Injection team Load the products coming out of the injection molding machine after inspecting the product and checking for defects (short mealtime, shift allowance of 200,000 won)

④ #Paint team Hang the parts (small and light) on the fixture and remove foreign substances

⑤ #Quality team Inspect the parts (small and light) to check if they are properly painted and assembled

⑥ #Logistics team In-out of raw materials and finished parts

⑦ Assembly soldering (allowance of 50,000 to 100,000 won), injection engineer (with mold replacement experience, shift allowance of 200,000 won)


* Work Location - Dongtan, Youngcheondong [Suwon Station, Osan Station, Kwoldong Commuter Service]

* Work Type - 

Weekly fixed / standing [standing] work / assembly, painting, quality, logistics team

Day and night 2 shifts / standing and sitting work / injection team

* Work Uniform - Own uniform, wear slippers [work uniform provided]

* Workdays - Mon ~ Fri, # Sat & Sun special overtime

⇒ In case of [weekday overtime], it can be implemented [approximately 4 to 5 times] per week depending on the production plan.

⇒ In case of [Saturday overtime], it can be implemented [approximately 3 to 4 times] per month depending on the production plan.

* Working hours

① [Regular] Working hours - 08:30 ~ 17:30 [Basic 8H working hours]

② [Extension] Working hours - Weekday overtime is [2~4H] flexible work (only 2.5H for injection)

# Morning break 10 minutes / Lunch time 60 minutes / Afternoon break 10 minutes / Dinner time 30 minutes


* Salary Type

① Weekly fixed monthly average salary of around 3.2 to 2.6 million won!

② Monthly average salary of around 4.2 to 3.6 million won for day and night 2 shifts!
