PCB BBT Coordinate Analysis
Employment Conditions: Women, up to 35 years old
Duties: Determining if detected defects are real or counterfeit
Work attire: Two-piece anti-static suit
Work schedule: Rotating three-shift, two-day system
(Four days of daytime with two days off, four nights with two days off)
Work hours:
Daytime: 8:20 a.m. - 8:20 p.m.
Nighttime: 8:20 p.m. - 8:20 a.m.
(Standard 8 hours, 2 hours OT, night shift allowance for 7 hours)
Break time:
15 minutes in the morning, 45 minutes for lunch, 15 minutes in the afternoon, 45 minutes for dinner
Salary conditions: KRW 2.8 million-3.4 million per month, differs depending on overtime/special work
- Dispatch position for 6 months at KRW 9,860 per hour, including weekly holiday allowance and annual leave allowance
- Transition to regular position after 6 months
- After becoming a regular employee, basic pay for 226 hours, 200% bonus, and annual performance-based pay
Weekly pay available on the 15th of each month
Shuttle bus in operation (Ansan, Jeongwang, Sangnoksu)

Employment Conditions: Men, up to 35 years old
Duties: Equipment testing PCB circuits
Work attire: Two-piece anti-static suit
Work schedule: Rotating three-shift, two-day system
(Four days of daytime with two days off, four nights with two days off)
Work hours:
Daytime: 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.
Nighttime: 9:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.
(Standard 8 hours, 2 hours OT, night shift allowance for 7 hours)
Break time:
25 minutes in the morning, 40 minutes for lunch, 25 minutes in the afternoon, and 30 minutes for dinner
Salary conditions: KRW 2.8 million-3.4 million per month, differs depending on overtime/special work
- Dispatch position for 6 months at KRW 9,860 per hour, including weekly holiday allowance and annual leave allowance
