1. Job description
- Color cosmetics production (e.g., lipsticks/powders)
- Long-term employees on a 2-shift system
- Permanent positions with fixed daytime hours (3 months, renewable) - No overtime or special work

- Standing conveyor line work

3. Work location: 157, Pyeongchon-ro 850beon-gil, Wonmi-gu, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do (Do-dang-dong), Hansol Cosmetics Bucheon Plant, Korea
4. Employment type: Regular employees on a 2-shift system (3-month training period), permanent positions with fixed daytime or nighttime hours (3 months, renewable)
5. Work days: Monday to Friday
6. Work hours: 2-shift (2 weeks daytime, 1 week nighttime), fixed daytime (3-month contract), fixed nighttime (3-month contract)
- Daytime: 08:00 to 17:00 (08:00 to 20:00 in case of overtime)
- Nighttime: 20:00 to 05:00 (20:00 to 07:30 in case of overtime)
- Optional selection of overtime and special work for contract employees
- Working hours: Within 52 hours per week
7. Wages (hourly wage: KRW 9,860)
- Fixed daytime: KRW 2,060,740 or more (overtime and special work are separate)
- Fixed nighttime permanent positions: Average of KRW 2.7 million to 3.1 million
- 2-shift: Average of KRW 2.6 million to 3 million
- Wages may vary depending on the assigned tasks
- Separate payments for New Year's Day and Chuseok (KRW 500,000 each), 50% of basic salary as performance-based bonus, performance-based bonus, length-of-service allowance/congratulatory bonus
