- Korean or foreign, male or female, born in 1990 or later (those with experience born in 1988 or later)


- Work schedule: 3 shifts, 2 days off (work 4 days, off 2 days)

- Working hours: 08:30~20:30 (day shift) / 20:30~08:30 (night shift)

- Breaks: 15 minutes, Lunch: 40 minutes, Dinner: 30 minutes

- Payday: 15th of each month

- Work attire: Separates (top and bottom), coveralls, safety helmet, safety shoes

- Contract workers will be converted to regular status after hire
