♣ Working hours and salary conditions

▪ Daytime: 8:30 AM ~ 8:10 PM (2 hours overtime)

▪ Nighttime: 8:30 PM ~ 8:30 AM (2.5 hours overtime)

- [Full overtime 1 week] 

- [Work Saturdays and Sundays: 4~6 times per month] 

- Hourly wage: 9,860 won 

- SMT OP allowance: 200,000 won per month

▪ Average monthly wage

- SMT OP: 3.9M ~ 4.1M won per month

- Monthly pay (non-negotiable): 15th of the month

- Paid parking, vacation, and public holidays

- Public holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays: 150%, 200%

- Plant uniform (top), hat

- Commuter bus in operation: Wongo-dong, Jeongwang-dong area (10 minutes from Sihwa Industrial Complex)
