Short-term Hourly Wage: 13,000 KRW
Day and Night Shift (Weekly Schedule)
Average monthly salary: 4.5 million KRW

Permanent Hourly Wage: 10,353 KRW
Bonus 200% (50% each in March, June, September, December)

Payday: 5th of Every Month

Overtime Pay 1.5 Times
Night Shift Allowance 0.5 Times (Applied to 7 hours)
