1. Work

- Production of color cosmetics (lipstick/powder, etc.)

- Shift-based long-term staff

3. Work address: Gyeonggi Bucheon-si Wonmi-gu Pyeongcheon-ro 850beon-gil 157 (Dodang-dong) Korea Kolmar Bucheon Plant

4.Work format: 2-shift Jungseong Systems permanent employee (3-month training period), permanent daytime and nighttime contract (3 months, renewable)

5.Work days: Monday to Friday

6.Work hours: 2 shifts (daytime 2 weeks, nighttime 1 week), permanent daytime (3-month contract), permanent nighttime (3-month contract)

- Daytime: 08:00 ~ 17:00 (overtime until 20:00)

- Nighttime: 20:00 ~ 05:00 (overtime until 07:30)

- Overtime or special shifts optional for contract employees

- Work within 52 hours a week

7. Pay (hourly wage 9,860 KRW)

- Permanent daytime: 2,060,740 or more (overtime and special shifts separate)

- Permanent nighttime contract average: 2.7 million KRW ~ 3.1 million KRW

- 2-shift average: 2.6 million KRW ~ 3 million KRW

- Pay may vary depending on job duties

- 0.5 million KRW for Lunar New Year and Chuseok, 50% of basic salary for years of service bonus, separate bonus for business performance and years of service allowance/con
- gratulatory bonus
