4. Work type: 2 shift Jeongseongstems regular (training period 3 months), fixed day and fixed night contract (3 months, renewable)

5. Workday: Monday ~ Friday

6. Work hours: 2 shifts (2 weeks during the day, 1 week at night), fixed weekly (3-month contract), fixed night (3-month contract)

- Daytime: 08:00 ~ 17:00 (overtime at 20:00)

- Nighttime: 20:00 ~ 05:00 (overtime at 07:30)

7. Compensation (hourly wage of 9,860 won)

- Weekly fixed: 2,060,740 or more (overtime special work separately)

- Night shift fixed contract average: 27 million won ~ 31 million won

- 500,000 won each for New Year's and Chuseok, 50% of basic salary for continuous performance bonus, management performance bonus, continuous allowance/continuous celebration bonus separately
