- FP process: carpentry, bonding, processing, finishing, packaging, etc.

- CP process: CP assembly, HK assembly, TR assembly/finishing, inspection, etc.

4. Employment type: full-time employee of (주) Juseong Technology Industry (partner of (주) Korea Carbon)

5. Workdays: 4 days on, 2 days off

6. Work hours (3 shifts, 2 shifts), fixed daytime possible

- Daytime: 07:30 ~ 19:30 (100 min break)

- Night shift: 19:30 ~ 07:30 (100 min break)

7. Salary: hourly wage: 9,860 KRW

- 2 shifts: after 6 months, around 4,000,000 KRW~4,500,000 KRW (including overtime, special shift allowance, bonus, etc.), about 3,200,000 KRW for the first month

- Daytime: after 6 months, around 3,500,000 KRW~4,000,000 KRW (including overtime, special shift allowance, bonus, etc.), about 2,800,000 KRW for the first month

- Production incentive allowance (monthly installment): not paid for the first month,

- Production incentive allowance (monthly installment): 100% (171,728 KRW) for the second month, 

- Production incentive allowance (monthly installment): 200% (343,457 KRW) for the third month,

- Production incentive allowance (monthly installment): 300% (515,185 KRW) for the fourth month,

- Production incentive allowance (monthly installment): 400% (686,913 KRW) for the fifth month,

- Production incentive allowance (monthly installment): 500% (858,642 KRW) after the sixth month
